Sustainable Farming Practices

Six Ridges Farm is owned by Brian and Shannon McGuire.   We have three children, Maddie, Katie and Owen.  Brian is a 4th generation Kentucky farmer and has been a full-time cow/calf operator since graduating from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Animal Science in 1993.  Brian has a passion for genetics and has been building his heard for 23 years.  Shannon has spent 18 years as a project manager before deciding to work on the family farm as the marketing manager.

Our vision is: (1) To breed, raise and finish animals from birth to harvest;  (2) To know and communicate the history of each animal produced, (3) To offer flavorful, healthy and ASH-free beef that you feel confident feeding your family.
